Perinatal and Maternal Mental Health

Pregnancy to parenthood can be a long and emotional journey. Perhaps you've been struggling with the uncertainty of getting pregnant, or coping with the unimaginable loss of one. Maybe you feel excited to meet your little one while also feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or worried about your ability raise them. Or you could just be feeling isolated and alone as you figure out your way.


No matter the circumstance, support is here for you. My goal is to provide a space that helps you feel nurtured, heard, and empowered. You don't have to do it alone. Perinatal and maternal mental health is relationship-based therapy that incorporates elements of reflection, somatic work, and attachment theory to help you feel more healthy and connected - most importantly to yourself, as well as your baby and loved ones.

Individual Therapy

Therapy can be helpful for individuals, parents and other helping professionals who are experiencing difficult feelings or having trouble grounding themselves amongst life's challenges. If you're feeling overwhelmed with your thoughts, having trouble accessing emotions, or struggling to understand why you always find yourself in the same situation, help is available.

Many individuals find it beneficial to have a therapist during life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, career changes, or any other event that might be causing situational or ongoing mental and emotional distress. Together, we'll use collaboration and a genuine connection to build confidence in your ability to overcome and heal.
